Japan Wedding Travel wants couples, guests and families to be able to explore wedding information and contact our team regardless of device or ability. We are working toward a practical level of conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we support

• Keyboard navigation, a skip link and visible focus indicators.
• Semantic headings, links, buttons, form labels and status messages.
• Responsive layouts that can be enlarged and used on narrow screens.
• Reduced-motion preferences and poster-image alternatives for decorative video.
• Text alternatives for meaningful editorial and venue imagery.

Known limitations

Some third-party anti-spam, map, video or externally linked content may not be fully controlled by us. Highly visual venue galleries may also require further descriptive review. We continue to test the main journeys and prioritise barriers that prevent someone from finding information or sending an enquiry.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or workaround as soon as reasonably possible.
